PRESIDENT
Kingsley Aliche
VICE PRESIDENT
Aino Lehtinen
Hello you! My name is Aino and yes, it is pronounced similarly as "I know". I am on my fourth year of social psychology studies and I have been an exchange student myself. Actually, twice because once was not enough, one semester in Rotterdam, NL, and another one in Hong Kong. Since I came back home, I wanted to hold on to the exchange spirit, so I started as a tutor for incoming exchange. And now I have dived even deeper and got the honour to be the vice president of KISA. It is my first semester with ESN KISA, but I already love the possibility for me to keep up with the international feel without leaving Finland. I hope I can help you to make the most of your stay! :)
TREASURER/TRIP COORDINATOR
Elina Pitkänen
Hi everyone! I am Elina and I moved to Kuopio last summer. You might have already seen me at the international orientation or in other online presentations since I work for the Student Union (ISYY) as the Coordinator of International Affairs and Administration. I used to be a UEF student at Joensuu campus, but I graduated in 2019 with a master’s degree. On my free time I like to exercise a lot. If you need anything, for example an ESN KISA membership or an ESNcard, you can find me from the Student Union office on campus! Do not hesitate to contact me! :)
COMMUNICATION MANAGER/ IT-MANAGER
Daniella Stevens
I am Daniella Stevens, a first-year master’s student in biomedicine in the University of Eastern Finland. I have been active in KISA for two years, first as an event manager and now as a communication manager. Through KISA I have gotten to know so many great people from all over the World. In my free time I like going on walks to enjoy the nature. One of my favourite things to do is dancing, which I have done for most of my life. It is physically impossible for me to stay still if there is music playing!
COMMUNICATION MANAGER/ IT-MANAGER
Stef Bosch
Hello, my name is Stef, a second year international master student in biomedicine. I am originally from Belgium and came here about 3 years ago as an Erasmus student. It was then that I fell in love with this place and applied for the biomedicine master programme(so other students who come here on Erasmus be warned :p). I have been a part of KISA for 2 years now. During the first year I was an active member so I could help out the board without having to much of obligations. This year I applied as communication manager. When I have some free time from University I like to fish, go to the gym or play videogames.

EVENT MANAGER
Petra Rättäri
Hello everyone! I am Petra, one of the event managers of ENS KISA. I am studying social work (already) 5th year in UEF. Previously in KISA I have been an active member and social inclusion coordinator and finally last autumn made the decision to apply for the board. Additionally, I have been an exchange student myself in Rotterdam, in the Netherlands and hope all the international students will enjoy their time here in Kuopio as much I did in Rotterdam. =) Hopefully the current situation will get better soon so we can meet up and enjoy each other's company at the events we have been planning for this semester!
EVENT MANAGER
Jani Hoang
Moi everyone! My name is Jani and I moved to Kuopio a while ago after living in rural south-west Finland, Turku. I am currently studying at UEF and I aspire one day to graduate from there. Before becoming an event manager of ESN KISA, I was an active member. Being part of ESN KISA has been great and amazingly insightful to how we can work together.
EVENT MANAGER
Mirva Pohjanen
Hello! I am Mirva, an illegally short girl just wandering around, most likely lost because I have not lived in Kuopio for more than half a year now. The UEF campus area is one of the rare places I should locate on map because I study social sciences there. I joined ESN KISA because I love meeting people from different countries and I want to get more comfortable with my English skills – please excuse my heavy accent, I promise I am trying my best. I love all things nerdy such as games and documentaries, I prefer grease and salt over sugar and I have a very, very severe coffee addiction. Here is a shameless selfie.
